The hotel's location is ideal, with many amenities and attractions close by. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the breakfast served is tasteful, and it's good to see the staff immediately resolve any issues that crop up such as the bathroom water supply.

While the late check-in request process could have been handled better, the staff was quick to rectify the issue.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our Thanksgiving celebration. We were able to easily find nearby restaurants and attractions. the rooms were nicely decorated and clean, and the beds were comfortable. the hotel provided basic amenities like shampoo, soap, and towels.

Our check-in experience was not very good. Despite making a request for a late check-in, we arrived at the hotel to find the reception closed.
